Vision

Our vision for Canada is to help endangered species, invasive species, reduce our carbon footprint, and greeenhouse gases (global warming). This is important to us/our school community because it is effecting the entire world and we are all passionate about the environment.

Action

Based on attending the EcoLeague Youth Forum on October 25, 2017, we learned about sustainability topics and skills such as indoor farming, invasive species animals, how to make vegan ice cream, and how to check a bike (ABCd). We want to learn more about how global warming is happening, how to save endangered species. To fix these issues, some actions we could take are bike to school, LOL (lights out lunch), make a fundraiser for endangered species/ raise awareness. We hope that by the end of the school year, we will help change how everyone in our schol thinks about the environment and help change our local ecosystem.
