Our vision is to have one of the largest freshwater lakes in the world, Lake Winnipeg, be free of zebra mussels and pollution. We hope that people will have a greater awareness for the health of the lake.

We are in the process of building a sculpture that represents the current state of Lake Winnipeg and the impact that human activity has had on it. The sculpture will be put into a public place to raise awareness to this problem. The Maples Eco-Crew members have designed the sculpture, and planned the process for creating it.
