Yellow Fish Road-Clinton, ON

Vision

To help members of our community understand that storm drains are the doorways to our rivers, lakes and streams and preventing pollutants from entering our storm drains is critical to protecting and improving our watersheds, water quality and aquatic habitat.
We are fortunate to live close to Lake Huron and so we want to protect our beautiful watershed!

Action

Students for 3 schools in the community painted yellow fish by the storm drains in the town of Clinton, ON and placed “fish hangers” on doors to serve as a reminder to residents that any materials going down storm drains affects us all and has an impact on our watershed and aquatic habitat.
