Vision

Our school has been working on rejuvenation of our front yard garden bordering on the parking lot which has been seriously affected by salt, soil erosion and very poor drainage. This a continuation of the previous project to change the growing conditions of the plants. Previously we invested in soil, compost, and some certified native Canadian plants purchased from Humber Nurseries.

Action

A New Beginning: A Garden Reclamation project at Joseph A. Gibson. P.S. created a new native species garden in front of the school.
