Vision

Our student have come together a developed a plan that hopes to add to the school’s Community Garden. Naming themselves the Apple Dumpling Gang, after the classic film, our Grade 9 students intended to raise funds and plant a number of Apple Trees in our Community Garden. These trees will act as a Grade 9 legacy project for our students, we are a K-9 school, so all future Grade 9 classes will be tasked with taking care of and maintained the trees that will be planted.

Action

Students will conduct several fundraising activities to raise money for the trees. They will be purchased from our local greenhouse, Jacqueline Gardens. Any leftover money will be used to purchase flowers to be planted in flower beds on the school property.
