Vision

Our vision was to inspire students to look at different means of producing food.

Action

We purchased 2 tanks are placed speckled trout in them and began growing lettuce, tomatoes and broccoli.

Reflection & Celebration

The trout grew very fast while the produce was slower than expected. The students enjoyed setting up and watching both the fish and the produce grow.
