Vision

I would like to encourage locals within the Junction community to eliminate litter within the neighbourhood. Having spent the past 3 years living in the Junction, there is garbage all over the streets, on the bike path and even broken glass where people walk their dogs. Let’s clean up all this waste and clean up the Junction!

Action

I will be putting up signs to encourage individuals to put waste in the garbage, recycling or compost bins. Furthermore I would organize bi-weekly community cleanups. Not only will it clean up the local environment, making it safer for wildlife but it will also bring the community together!
