Vision

We want to limit our food waste by composting. We also want to utilize our garden bed to grow some food for our community and support our bee program by planting some native plants to support pollinators.

Action

We started a small-scale composting program at our school. We also prepared the garden bed for planting and partnered with our students with autism to plant fruits and vegetables in our community garden. We also planted some wildflowers that will support our bee program.

Reflection & Celebration

Our garden is thriving with our support and the students are happy to get the composting program up and running for next school year.
