Vision

Our vision is to make our school more green, teach students to grow their own food, and support pollinators.

Action

We are growing fresh herbs in our school to further our idea of growing our own food and making our school more green. Also, we are supporting pollinators by planting flowers that attract them. We planted cone flowers in our school courtyard (outdoor space in the centre of the school for student & staff use).

Reflection & Celebration

Everyone is excited about the herbs. They are still small but by the next school year we are hoping they will be big enough to harvest and use. The flowers are planted and we are watching to see if pollinators come to visit our courtyard!
