Vision

This issue is important to Orillia’s future because everyone in our school and the community will have an equal chance to have food. It will also create habitat for bees and butterflies.

Action

We will create and nurture a vegetable and fruit garden. The food from our garden will be used in our school Grub Club breakfast program, and the extra food can be harvested by our community.
We will fundraise to purchase tools and soil. We will do the work to dig, add compost and soil, weed, and harvest the garden.
