Vision

Our vision for Canada is… a greener Canada with Canadians significantly reducing waste and pollution.

Action

Students are doing their part to make their vision come true by creating indoor and outdoor gardens in their school to produce local food for their community and by improving the recycling and consumption habits of their peers. Students planted root vegetables outside and beans and tomatoes inside and the school has also eliminated plastic straws and single-use plastic water bottles from their cafeteria. Students and teachers are motivated to continue these initiatives and become a greener school.
