Vision

Our vision for Canada is to help by saving water, trying to keep animals safe and populated by not wasting water and not polluting the earth. This is important to us/our school community because our school plants are dying so we are planting new ones. also we can learn more about animals and being able to have safe useable water.

Action

Based on attending the EcoLeague Youth Forum on October 25, 2017, we learned about sustainability topics and skills such as the amount of water we have, invasive species, natural species, the amount of endangered species in Ontario and what we can do to help them. We want to learn more about erosion, water usage, animals, and invasive species. To fix these issues, some actions we could take are taking shorter showers, taking only what we need and not causing too much pollution by riding in a bus instead a car or walking etc. We hope that by the end of the school year, we will change the impact that students have and informing them about things we need to change in our ecosystem.
