Action

Visit elementary/middle schools for a one hour environmental sustainabiltiy session and provide appropriate material and curriculum to grades 1-6. Set up fundraising to install indoor gardens, composts and recycling pick-ups in the schools that are visited.

Visit high schools for brainstorming sessions on how to go about developing a Climate Change Action Plan in the NWT.

Advertise for the establishment of a youth committee in communities to come up with ways to implement sustainable infrastructure. Develop proposals and fundraising events to purchase water/energy saving devices to install in homes in communities.
