Vision

Our school has spent the past 5 years working to create more environmentally friendly and beautiful outdoor spaces for our students, including our kindergarten outdoor play areas and our outdoor classroom.

Action

This year we focused a lot on plant life and creating more attractive garden areas for pollinators, native plants, and to encourage our students to learn about soil, plant life, gardening, and the importance of taking care of the land. We added two planter bins to our kindergarten area and many plants to our various gardens and planters around our school.

Reflection & Celebration

Our students LOVED being part of the planting process with various grade-level buddies! We cannot wait to continue to care for our plants and watch them grow!
