Vision
Creating an area where students can learn about growing their own produce.
Action
Students plan, seed, transplant and harvest their own early season vegetables (taking advantage of our school season window of harvest). Students are responsible for the care of their plants and monitor them for germination times, water and pests. They are interested in growing food and caring for their plants in an environmentally responsible manner without the use of pesticides.
Reflection & Celebration
Harvest time is where we take stock of our successes and challenges and start planning for next year.
