Vision

Our school will build two new garden beds this year. One food garden for the students and one native plant garden for our local pollinators.

Action

We have completed the food bed and filled it with delicious vegetable seedlings and seeds. We hope to harvest and enjoy a big salad festival in June. We are now starting to learn about our local pollinators and native plants. Then we will build a new garden for the native plants and pollinators this may.

Reflection & Celebration

Students are very engaged and enthusiastic about their new garden. We have already learnt and had great conversations about how beneficial gardens are to ourselves and our local environment.
