Vision

We want to change how people see water pollution in Canada and raise awareness of water pollution in Fredericton. We know that our world needs clean water for us to survive. We want people and animals to have safe and accessible drinking water.

Action

We put posters all over the school to make the school aware of water pollution. We interviewed some students in grades 6, 7, and 8 and some teachers. We made some announcements in front of our school about what water pollution is and how you can help prevent it. We did a walk to clean along the St John River. We created an Instagram account to register everything that we have done.

Reflection & Celebration

We found it rewarding to interview students and teachers. We also enjoyed making our posters to raise awareness of water pollution. We found it challenging getting our ideas together to make our documentary. Our school is having an open house evening on June 1st and we will have our posterboard on display with our documentary. We know we will reach an even larger audience during that evening.
