Vision

Our vision for Canada is to see people using our water commons wisely. This is important to us/our school community because being smarter about our water consumption is something that is well within our reach, and we want to be doing all that we can to protect the resources we have and share them with everyone.

Action

Based on attending the EcoLeague Youth Forum on October 26, 2017, we learned about sustainability topics and skills such as the hamrful effects of plastic water bottles and keeping our soil healthy. To fix these issues, some actions we could take are not buying bottled water and doing everything we can to inform our school community about these issues and making people passionate about sustainability! We hope that by the end of the school year, we will have the whole school drinking tap water over bottled!
