You Are What You Eat


My vision is for all Canadians to know what they are putting into their bodies. To know exactly where their food comes from, what those long words mean in the list of ingredients, and to really think about what they are eating before they eat it.


I began by reducing my meat and fish consumption down to enjoying it once a week. I began doing my research on where my meat, fish, and dairy products come from, how they are raised, and what impact eating them has on the environment. I am not a vegetarian. I do not necessarily suggest every Canadian choose to be a vegetarian, I simply recommend that people do their research as to where their food comes from and what impact it has on our environment, and then make a choice for themselves.
