Vision

Our vision for Canada is to have bike racks, native plants, protect freshwater resources, a national Veg-Fest, and community gardens. This is important to us/our school community because…we care about the environment.

Action

Based on attending the EcoLeague Youth Forum on October 25, 2017, we learned about sustainability topics and skills such as vegan food recipes, locking bikes, how to save water, ABC of bikes, invasion species and removal. We want to learn more about indoor planting, healthy eating, and Veg Fest. To fix these issues, some actions we could take are having gardens, talking to the principal, Veg Fest, and spreading the word (little goes long way). We hope that by the end of the school year, we will be creating a better future, leaving a legacy, and show that we care.
