Vision

We envision a world where nobody ever idles their cars, so that dangerous emissions are not released into the atmosphere unnecessarily.

Action

We designed, ordered and installed five no-idling signs on our school property to remind people that there is a no-idling policy on our school property.

Reflection & Celebration

We are so excited that students, staff and parents will have a visual reminder to turn off their cars when they are parked. We know that over time, this will become a habit and less CO2 emissions will be released into the atmosphere. There are students at the school who are upset about the signs and this really shows that people don’t realize the effects of idling. We may have to do some follow up education to students so they understand the importance.
