Spring Food Crop Production
Vision
Our Vision was to start producing more food crops in the spring months while school is still in session to utilize in our school community. We chose to focus on Asparagus and Rhubarb because both crops are harvested in May/June and produce every year.
Action
We planted a row of 20 Asparagus roots as well as another row of 10 Asparagus plants. We also planted 6 Rhubarb plants.
