Vision

Wanted to create a garden that showed how beautiful native plants could be. Native plants are adapted to the climate and don’t require as much water. This garden would also be used to promote the idea of sustainable gardening and water use. We upgraded our compost program as well.

Action

We dug a 35 square foot garden and planted native plugs on the site of the old compost bins. We put in new bins and added/mixed in the yard waste from digging our garden.
