Vision

Repurposing old gardens to create a Pollinator Garden to encourage pollinators and help the environment.

Action

Garden cleanup and harvesting were completed by May 10th.

New soil, screening, pea gravel and donated flagstone are to be placed by May 12th.

New plants and replanting of the harvested plants during the week of May 15th-19th. Mulch to be added once plants are in place.

Addition of annuals week of May 23rd.

Addition of the benches created by Innisdale Grade 10 shop students during the week of May 23.

Release of butterflies during the second week of June.

Reflection & Celebration

What an amazing project that brought different members of our school and community together.

The students and staff are all proud of their accomplishments.
