Pollinator Garden

Pollinators are important for biodiversity and food security. By creating a habitat for pollinators, we will be encouraging more pollinators in the area, specifically in a concrete space, where the garden boxes will be. Pollinators help to fight climate change!

Students gathered supplies, planted seeds and cared for plants. They studied what they would need for the plants to survive and the types of plants that would be good pollinators in our area.

Reflection & Celebration

We welcomed a new garden space at our school while learning and helping the environment!
