Vision

To show the students the importance of combatting climate change, to relate that they can have a huge positive affect and to help lessen the growing climate anxiety a number of them are feeling. We have created and enhanced multiple rain and pollinator gardens on the school grounds and have large plans for the future there too.

Action

Our action was the creation and enhancement of rain and pollinator gardens with native, indigenous plants only, thus enhancing biodiversity as well.

Reflection & Celebration

This was a very enjoyable and rewarding experience for my students and many staff. Hopefully they will be beautiful for years to come.
