Vision

Our goal is to inform more people about the uses, dangers and importance of underwater noise pollution and how we can reduce its impact.

Action

We chose this topic because it is rarely known about, and it is likely to cause serious dangers to humanity if we walk around in ignorance of these rarely known problems. So, to make sure our vision comes to life, we made a website informing people about underwater noise pollution and mentioned some information that was not mentioned in our animation, we also put up posters around our community advertising our website and mentioning short facts about underwater noise pollution. We carried out a survey about who knows about underwater noise pollution in our community before and after we did our actions to see how great of an impact we made, we also made social media accounts on various social media platforms. We also made an animation and played it during morning announcements, sent it to different boating clubs in Fredericton, and shared it among some elementary school students.
