Vision

It is used to explore habitats (Grade 4), living and non-living (Grade 1), worm inquiry (Kindergarten), decomposition and climate change/food responsibility (Grade 5), soil and decomposers (Grade 3).

Action

The students make the bedding and maintain the worm bin, feeding, watering and tracking decomposition (seeing what the worms like to eat and what they avoid or take longer to eat etc.).
